After a wonderfully eclectic musical upbringing in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, I graduated as a Ramsey Scholar from the University of Georgia in 2014 with my Bachelor's degree in Music Education. I have also earned my Orff-Schulwerk certification through the AOSA. This will be my fourth year as the General Music Specialist and Choral Director at Montgomery, and I am thrilled to continue to learn and grow with our students! I play percussion, piano, guitar, and banjo. Though I love music across all genres, my biggest personal inspirations are Ella Fitzgerald and Dolly Parton. When I'm not at MES, you can find me cuddling my cat, getting new ideas at an Atlanta Orff workshop, or making noise with Girls Rock Camp ATL.
